Clearly inspired by popular titles such as 'GTA: San Andreas' or the 'True Crime' saga, Gangster Crime Auto is one of the best alternatives available to these AAA games, with impeccable graphics and a few interesting changes to the game mechanics that make it stand out among the many games that try to emulate the open world format on mobile devices.

The main problem with open world games is there are simply too many things to do, and the pace of the main storyline is compromised due to the practically infinite amount of secondary missions. To combat this issue, the missions in Gangster Crime Auto must be completed in a specific order. During missions, you have total freedom to complete it however you want, but once it's completed you're immediately taken back to the mission selection menu. Although this enormously limits your freedom to explore the action-packed, extensive city, this risky design decision ends up being one of the one of the strongest positive points of the game, as it masterfully avoids wasting time on irrelevant side plots and allows more resources to be invested in the main plot.

Gangster Crime Auto is an outstanding game, especially for anyone looking for a more arcade style game experience than what's offered by the more famous open world titles.
